Declaration of accessibility

This accessibility statement applies to the website published at https://www.hoch-rep.com.

As a company, we are actively committed to making our websites and mobile applications accessible. Of course, this is done in accordance with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG), the associated ordinance (BFSGV) and the European Directive 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The accessibility requirements are set out in the Ordinance to the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSGV).

The specific requirements for accessibility have been implemented in accordance with Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3 para. § Section 3 (1) BFSG in the Ordinance to the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSGV).

Conformity status

The specific technical measures are based on WCAG 2.0 Level A.

The review of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment (the content was assessed by an internal employee or the developer of the content) and was carried out on 28 June 2025. The assessment was carried out in accordance with legal requirements and global standards (EN 301 549, WCAG 2.0 Level A).

The website partially complies with WCAG 2.0 Level A. This means that only parts of the content are accessible.

In accordance with Section 2 of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and the associated ordinance (BFSGV), we provide accessible services and information on our website and in our app. We also comply with the requirements of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and implement the guidelines of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) accordingly. Our services have been checked against recognised criteria and optimised for the most accessible use possible.

Non-accessible content:

Our website and mobile applications are largely barrier-free, but there are some restrictions:

  • Images and graphics do not always have clear alternative texts; in some cases these are missing completely. However, these are exclusively decorative images.
  • The focus order can display the navigation of the page twice in untested browsers. This is due to the technical structure of the website.
  • The accessible names of operating elements do not always match the visible designations, as a more descriptive alternative title has been used.
  • Some PDF documents are not barrier-free.

We are constantly working to improve the digital accessibility of our services. Due to the extensive and complex content, it has not yet been possible to fully adapt all areas. Our aim is to quickly remove existing access barriers for people with disabilities.

We are aware that the realisation of accessible digital systems depends heavily on the technology used. Technological requirements and system-related limitations can influence feasibility. We therefore regularly evaluate existing technologies and examine alternative solutions in order to further advance digital accessibility for all users.

The accessibility of the website was tested with the browsers Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari and requires HTML for barrier-free use.

If you would like to give us feedback on accessibility, please contact our accessibility contact person by phone, email or other specified method.
We will do our best to respond to your feedback within 48 hours.
