Commercial employee in the administration department

The Import-Export Peter Hoch GmbH is a successful terrarium company that has been keeping terrarium animals for over 47 years. Our animal facility is unique, comprising over 5,000 terrariums and constantly containing 200-300 different species. Our products are developed and partly produced in-house. They are successfully used by professionals in many zoos and research centres, and we also have simple solutions for beginners and children. Our employees work and research every day to improve our understanding of animals and to provide products and information for species-appropriate terrarium keeping.

To support our team, we are looking for a commercial employee for our administration department as soon as possible.

The activities include, among others:

  • Support with all commercial processes in administration
  • Work at reception and telephone switchboard
  • Invoice control and posting
  • Preparation of customs documents
  • Various regular reports such as Intrastat, WEEE/ElektroG, etc.
  • Document management

  • Knowledge of accounting is not necessary but an advantage

  • Permanent - part-time and full-time possible
  • Performance-related remuneration
  • Car park directly in front of the office building
  • Well connected by bus & train, approx. 5 minutes on foot (400 m)
  • Generally flexible working hours between 8 am and 6 pm.
