The Import-Export Peter Hoch GmbH is a successful terrarium company that has been keeping terrarium animals for over 47 years. Our animal facility is unique, comprising over 5,000 terrariums and constantly containing 200-300 different species. Our products are developed and partly produced in-house. They are successfully used by professionals in many zoos and research centres, and we also have simple solutions for beginners and children. Our employees work and research every day to improve our understanding of animals and to provide products and information for species-appropriate terrarium keeping.

Your tasks will include looking after our customers on site. This task includes, among other things

  • Active customer care
  • Order acquisition
  • Continuous customer visits
  • Customised quotations for individual customers
  • Realisation of various concepts Customer concepts
  • Shelf maintenance on site
  • Complaints processing
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Create route planning
  • Create an agenda for customer visits
  • Create and communicate reports after customer visits
  • Preparing and organising various training courses
  • Hold customer training sessions

THE WORK TASKS REQUIRE

  • Completed commercial training is an advantage
  • Ideally experience in the pet trade
  • IT skills (Sage, Word, Excel)
  • Class B driving licence
  • Good written and spoken English skills
